This workshop will break down how to create smooth, controlled rotational movement using connection, momentum and body positioning, before building those principles into some seriously satisfying rides and flowing combinations. We’ll focus on technique as much as moves, helping you understand what makes these movements work so they feel effortless rather than forced. Expect rotation, momentum, connection and plenty of “omg how fast?!' moments.
