Age is no barrier to adding a little flash to your dancing. This workshop is all about exploring a range of eye-catching moves and stylish variations, with different levels of dexterity built in so you can choose the movement that works best for you. We’ll look at ways to create impact without feeling that you have to be super-flexible, ultra-fast or throw yourself into movements that simply don’t suit your body. Expect a mix of accessible options, slightly more challenging variations and plenty of ideas for adapting moves to your own ability and style. The aim is simple: find your version of flashy, have fun with it and prove that great dancing has absolutely no age limit. (Over 50s only please!)
