11am - 1pm - SILC Progressive Workshop Focus Technique - The Power of Poise This Progressive Workshop is designed to hone your SILC skills through carefully selected movements, exercises and drills that will help you develop your technique. Follows - we'll be looking at how to harness the power of posie to make your following look smooth and effortless. Leads - we're going to look at how you can use your bodyweight, centre of gravity and posture to bring controlled power to your movements. Suitable for dancers who have already covered the SILC Fundamental techniques. Plus: why not make it a SILC Sunday and stay for a fully DJ'd afternoon freestyle at Sussex's SILC Serenity event? 1.15pm - 4.15pm - SILC Afternoon Freestyle - put all your new techniques in to practice at our SILC freestyle after the workshop. Complimentary tea, coffee and sweet treats included in the ticket price.
