Come and join our next Pulse Freestyle on Saturday 11th July As England will be playing in the World Cup at 10pm we have adjusted the timings and price of this event so you can enjoy both. Pulse will be reduced to 2 1/2 hours with your regular mix of Ceroc Classics from Latin, Pop, Swing, Disco and Soul/Motown to keep you on your feet and provide your daily dosage of music, dance and exercise, all in one evening. Tony has been DJing for Ceroc for the last 11 years. As well as local classes and Freestyles, he has DJ'd at many events across the UK including Ceroc Weekenders, Ceroc Champs, Ceroc Welsh Champs.. There is no bar so please feel free to bring your own drinks and refreshments. Squash will be provided and Soft drinks will be available for 50p cash per can. The hall has a wall to wall wooden floor for your dancing pleasure.
