Trying to add a bit more style to your dancing but not sure where to start? This workshop is designed to help you feel more confident in how you move and express yourself on the floor. Jen will guide you through some of the key elements that can really lift your dancing, from posture and footwork to shaping your lines and using your body more effectively. We’ll also look at those moments where you’re not quite sure what to do, including the ever-confusing spare arm, and explore a few styling ideas to help everything feel more natural, with the option of adding in body rolls too. With a background in a variety of dance styles, Jen brings a mix of ideas you can take away and try in your own dancing, whatever your level.
