We’re delighted to offer a mini SILC Foundation Workshop,Perfect for dancers new to SILC or anyone wanting to feel more confident dancing to slower music, this relaxed and friendly workshop will explore the key techniques that make SILC feel smooth, connected and musical. You’ll look at flow, connection, movement quality and how to adapt your dancing for slower tracks, helping your dancing feel more comfortable, expressive and controlled. Taught by qualified SILC teachers Lyndsey Hill and Tim Stevens, this is a brilliant introduction to SILC and a great way to build confidence before stepping onto the dancefloor.
