Dance DNA is a series of creative workshops designed to help you move beyond simply learning moves and discover your own unique style. Explore confidence, musicality, connection and authentic expression, so your dancing feels more natural, instinctive and individual. Drawing on contemporary dance principles, you'll experiment with movement, shape, tension, timing, pauses and flow, learning how to respond naturally to both your partner and the music. This is about exploration rather than choreography, helping you develop greater freedom, creativity and connection. Workshop 1 – Stretch, Pause & Connect Discover how timing, balance and musicality create deeper connection and a genuine dance conversation, empowering followers to express themselves and leaders to develop a more intuitive, responsive lead. This workshop is suitable for Intermediate level and above dancers.
